We ship from Poland (EU).

All orders are packed and dispatched by our team from Poland (EU).

We deliver to the following regions and countries:

  • European Union (most Eurozone countries)

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • Switzerland

  • United States (USA)

  • Canada

If your country isn’t listed or you have questions about shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time
Order processing (preparing your order for dispatch) typically takes 2–4 business days. This time is counted from order confirmation (and payment completion, if applicable).

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe (EU countries): 4–7 business days

  • United Kingdom (UK): 3–5 business days

  • USA & Canada: 4–6 business days

  • Switzerland: 4–7 business days

Total fulfilment time includes both processing time (2–4 business days) and delivery time, depending on the destination.

All delivery timeframes are estimates. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All US orders are delivered without additional customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status.

Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g. UK), parcels may be subject to customs clearance. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
