Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual order, according to the customer’s specifications, or clearly personalised products.
These exclusions do not apply if the product is defective, damaged during transport, or not in accordance with the order.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:

be unused and in unchanged condition, except to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

show no signs of use or damage,

be returned in the original packaging,

be properly secured for transport.
The condition of the product is assessed after it is received by the store.
If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, the refund amount may be reduced proportionally to the loss in value, in accordance with applicable law. This assessment does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Returns sent cash on delivery or without prepayment of return shipping costs will not be accepted.
Return Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the store of their decision within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting us via email at:

After receiving the request, the customer will be provided with detailed instructions regarding the return process.
The return address will be provided to the customer after the return request is approved.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original product in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or from the date the customer provides proof of return shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless the customer agrees to a different method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact us immediately after delivery.
After reviewing the claim, the store will propose an appropriate solution, which may include:

Lost Shipments
If the courier confirms that a shipment has been lost, the store will offer:
